Week of February 13:
Total: 52 miles (all time high)
Long runs: 14 and 10 miles at 8:00 or below.
Tempo: 7 miles, 4 miles fast at tempo pace. Aim for ~6:45, but 6:52 should be worst case.
Easy: 3 x 7 miles.
