Training is still bad... I don't even like to look at how little I run. Last week was a grad total of 36.5 miles.
Week -4 (starting on 9/30):
Mileage: 56 miles.
Long runs: 13 and 10 miles.
Fast run: 10K race or time trial. Total of ~8 miles.
Easy runs: 8.33 miles.
