Here we go. The low of the training: no running since Dec. 29. It was always cold and cloudy outside, and I didn't feel like going out. I rather stayed at home drinking good bourbon. But it's all over now. From today, I'll revamp the training.

I'll do four hour-long runs this week until Saturday. Then from Monday, I'll repeat the staple week twice: total 50 miles, with 13.1 mile long run, 8 mile tempo (4 fast), and 7.23 mile easy runs. The tempo is fine to anywhere between 6:30 and 6:20.
