Plan for week of Dec. 19.

44 miles total, including
13 miles long run, 7 miles tempo (4 fast at 6:49), and 4 x 6 miles easy. From now on easy miles should be run by feel, unless we go out of the 7:45-8:15 interval. Long runs should be at around 8:00 min/mile.
