My online running log mostly for my own records.
Sunday, May 25
Week of 5/25: 50 miles total. First time since last summer.
Long runs: 12 and 10 miles.
Easy runs: 4 x 7 miles.
I plan to run 7 easy today, and be ready for the long tomorrow.
