After the successfully finished 58 mile week, I'll have another of the same mileage this time.
Total: 58 miles.
Long runs: 14 and 10 miles.
VO2: Officially 5 x 2:30 moderately steep uphill. Recoveries are 50 to 90 percent of the duration of the interval. I may want to change this to another 5 x 800 meters, because that is more measurable, and I need VO2 max improvement.
Easy runs: Need to average 8.5 miles/day, which is a little over my comfort zone. So run 4 + 6 or 6 + 4 when possible, and just make sure we get to the total mileage.
